In Q3 2023, the top business finance and solutions apps on iOS in Ireland displayed diverse trends in weekly downloads and active user metrics, according to data from Sensor Tower.

Revolut Business witnessed a gradual decline in weekly downloads, starting at 398 at the end of June and dipping to 235 by the end of August. However, the app saw a slight recovery in September, ending the quarter with 351 downloads. Active users for Revolut Business remained relatively stable, beginning the quarter at 1.7K and peaking at 1.9K by mid-September before settling at 1.8K.

SumUp: Payments and POS experienced fluctuations in downloads, with a notable surge to 469 in mid-September after a period of decline from 366 at the start of the quarter. Active users showed a consistent upward trend, beginning at 6.1K and reaching a peak of 6.9K by mid-September, before slightly dropping to 6.6K at the quarter’s end.

Stripe Dashboard had a modest performance with weekly downloads hovering around the 100 mark throughout the quarter. The highest download count was 159 in the last week of July. Active users for Stripe Dashboard remained steady, fluctuating slightly around the 700 mark.

Square Point of Sale (POS) also showed stable download numbers, starting at 99 and ending at 84 weekly downloads. Active users for the app were consistent throughout the quarter, maintaining numbers around the 180 mark, with minor fluctuations.

PayPal Business saw its weekly downloads fluctuate between 60 and 123, with a notable spike to 104 in mid-September. Active users showed a similar trend, starting at 946 and peaking at 1K by the end of the quarter.
